18 USC 2257 Statement

Japanku is a directory. It does not produce, film, host or store any images or videos. Everything you can watch from Japanku plays in an embedded player on a third-party site, and every cover or photo is loaded from a third party.

Records

Because Japanku is not a producer of the material it lists, it does not keep the age-verification records described in 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75. Those records, where the law requires them, are the responsibility of the producers and the sites that publish the material.

Our policy

Japanku has zero tolerance for material involving anyone under 18. If you find a listing on Japanku that you believe involves a minor, write to our contact address, which has not been published yet with the address of the page, and we will remove the listing.
